You may want to design your own klip lacelock for this event or any other event if so follow the below instructions
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOM DESIGNED KLIPS LACE LOCKS.
AT THIS TIME WE OFFER TWO SHAPES: ellipse and rectangle
THE PRINTING AREA IS: 7/8TH INCH HIGH BY 2 INCHES WIDE. (7/8" H X 2" W)
THE IMAGE CAN BE: GRAPHICS, TEXT, EVEN PHOTOGRAPHS*...
ALL IMAGES MUST BE IN DIGITAL FORM. I.E. FLASH DRIVE, CD, SD, E-MAIL, ETC.
PREFERABLY IN ADOBE FORMAT. (WE CURRENTLY WORK WITH ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS4. THE LATEST ADOBE PROGRAM)
ALL UNITS SHOULD HAVE A PDF. OR HARD COPY PICTURE FOR MATCHING PURPOSES.
plus: NAME OF FONT IF TEXT IS ADDED
WITH FONT FILE ATTACHED

YOUR ILLUSTRATION MUST BE "CAMERA READY" READY TO BE IMPRINTED WHEN WE RECEIVE IT.
WE WILL SEND YOU A FILE SHOWING HOW THE UNIT WILL LOOK ON THE KLIP OF YOUR CHOICE. ACTUAL SIZE AND AN EXPLODED VIEW.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.
AFTER APROVAL, WE START MAKING YOUR KLIPS.
MIMIMUM PURCHASE IS 100 UNITS. OF EACH DESIGN ORDERED.
CUSTOM SHAPES OR SIZES.
CUSTOM SHAPES (i.e Mickey Mouse, Ronald McDonald etc) klips lacelocks require a custom designed metal injection mold. We can have a custom mold made for you. This would be an independant cost, not included in the above prices. Number of units requested in a particular time frame would dictate the number of injection cavities.
New molds typically take 4 to 8 weeks depending on number of cavities.
